One of the first signs that you're meditating correctly is a sense of heightened awareness. Often times people mistake the true purpose of meditation. Mediation can be done in many forms. It can happen in many places. Do not let yourself slip into the thinking of perfect meditation or no mediation. Waiting for the right room or moment to be perfect. Mediation can happen in the airport. In between holes. Anywhere. Eyes open or closed.
